Rihanna is healing the very public breakup with on-again off-again boyfriend Chris Brown with work!

The bajan beauty arrived at a recording studio in Long Beach, California looking both pinky and perky as she prepared to lay down some vocals.

The 25-year-old was back at work having recently completed a music video shoot for single Pour It Up, for which she shared a raunchy behind-the-scenes picture.

With her Apple laptop and iPhone keeping her hands full, the Bajan star hid her eyes behind a pair of pink sunglasses.

Her best friend Melissa Forde ‏shared a behind the scenes photograph of Rihanna in a very revealing costume in which she is clearly trying to emulate the late great Marilyn Monroe.

Rihanna along with other entertainers took some time out to send out their prayers and condolences to the victims of the Oklahoma tornado that has claimed the lives of over 50 people.

Rihanna posted the words, “Praying for Oklahoma” on her account and Alicia Keys tweeted, “So much going on in the world … I’m saddened by the devastating news … My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected #PrayForOklahoma.” Beyonce added on her Instagram page, “Prayers for #Moore Oklahoma.”

Whether she likes it or not, Beyonce’s every move is national news. The latest dose of celebrity gossip was heaped when photos surfaced of what appeared to be a baby bump while the superstar performer was on stage during a stop on her world tour. Immediately the thought of a second Beyonce pregnancy sent the internet into overdrive! Over the past two weeks the baby rumors have been non-stop – literally! In the last update, Jay-Z reportedly shut down the rumors. According to US Weekly,

In a Monday, May 20 broadcast that was videotaped for a YouTube clip, a DJ told listeners that the hip-hop mogul, 43, emailed program director Ebro Darden to say that “the pregnancy rumor is false.”

“I hit him to say congratulations, send my love to the fam,” Darden revealed. The “Empire State of Mind” rapper told him “it’s not true,” Darden said. (A source close to the radio station confirms to Us Weekly that the email exchange took place.)

Meanwhile Beyonce and Jay-Z’s 1-year old daughter Blue Ivy is soaking up the experience of her first world tour. Bey shared the adorable photo of Blue sitting in her customized directors chair with her back turned, wearing a tutu skirt and ponytails (this should shut down the critics who are wailing for Bey to dress her daughter “more like a girl”)

Perhaps in a move to further quiet the baby rumors, Beyonce has released two records within the last 24 hours. According to Huff Post Black Voices, the first record “Grown Woman” was leaked although fans have been waiting with abated breath.

After first appearing in the singer’s Pepsi commercial, “Grown Woman” was slated for an April 8 release date. That day came and went with hardly a peep from Beyonce’s camp or label. Rumors that the singer couldn’t commit to a single ran wild as another song — “Standing in the Sun” — was teased in yet another ad, this time for H&M. Beyonce fans were left wondering if their idol had all but given up on her supposedly forthcoming album. After all, the number of missed opportunities was staggering: Beyonce performed at the Super Bowl, the inauguration and in two of the season’s biggest ad campaigns. Any one of those opportunities would have had another artist (like, say, Jennifer Lopez) throwing every workable piece of studio music at iTunes.

In any case, the song finally made its way online late Monday. It appears to have leaked, as it hasn’t been sent to iTunes yet. It’s likely that Beyonce still isn’t 100 percent ready for you to hear it, but sometimes the art speaks for itself, it seems.

Porsha Stewart…or should we say Williams, has been kicked out of her home in Atlanta after ex-husband Kordell Stewart changed the locks on the home without giving her a proper warning.

This is definitely on track to be one incredibly nasty divorce process after Kordell pretty much gave Porsha the boot and left her homeless.

While Williams was able to go crash with her mother for the time being, sources claim that she was not given the proper warning that she was about to be kicked out and that she still has possessions in the home that she hasn’t been able to retrieve.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is adding the incident to her legal paperwork for the divorce trial and claiming that her ex has done this before. Her legal team is insisting that she receives a key to the house and also pushing for Kordell to have to give his soon-to-be ex-wife enough money to get her own “suitable alternative residence.”

As you probably figured, Kordell isn’t hearing any of it.

He already refused to pay his ex any spousal support and he certainly has no intentions of buying her a home.

The divorce is a pretty bitter one consider the pair only got married in 2011, but throughout that entire marriage Porsha insists she was always playing mommy to Kordell’s son Syre and she deserves compensation for that.

Meanwhile, some blogs and tabloids aren’t buying any of the couple’s drama and they claim that this is all in the name of reality TV.

Rumor has it that the couple planned this entire situation so that they would be guaranteed a spot on the next season of RHOA after they discovered Porsha was on her way to being cut from the show.

With Media Take Out being the primary source of this rumor, we have more than enough reasons to not believe it but there are still even more things wrong with that story.

While it does create some serious drama that reality TV producers love, that certainly isn’t enough drama to make Porsha an interesting character – especially if she is going to be at her mother’s house.

If Momma Porsha doesn’t want those pesky cameras following her around she can easily say no, after all she isn’t the one that’s under contract.

So not having a promised home to live in and not even being a wife anymore isn’t exactly the best scheme to try to save her seat on Real HOUSEWIVES of Atlanta.

The only benefit from the divorce is that getting Kordell out the picture means the RHOA star NeNe Leakes is willing to pull the reality show newbie back in front of the cameras.

However, this still doesn’t support the rumors about a scheme because it means Kordell would have to pretty much vanish from the show.

As for the reality starlet’s spokesperson, they claim that the petite stay at home mom would never want to create this type of environment with a child in the household.

“Given everything this abrupt divorce filing has put her through in the public, Porsha would never bring something like this on herself,” the spokesperson claimed. “Especially with them having a child in the house.”

You never know what the real story is these days, but we have a pretty good feeling that this wasn’t a matter of sitting down over crumpets and tea and conversing about how to save a spot on RHOA… if anything why not stay together and push for some corny spin off like everyone else does?

Kelly Rowland’s much-speculated role on the new season of The X Factor USA appears to have leaked online ahead of schedule, thanks to a Kansas music venue.

The ‘Dirty Laundry’ singer was due to tour with The-Dream this year, but The Midland let slip on Twitter that the jaunt has been axed because of her new commitments with the US offshoot of Simon Cowell’s talent show.

“Due to X-Factor related sched. conflicts, the Kelly Rowland & The-Dream tour has been cancelled. All tix will be refunded at pt of purchase,” said the message. Oops!

Rowland has long been touted as a potential replacement for Britney Spears and LA Reid on the struggling FOX show, which retains Demi Lovato behind the desk for a second year. One other judge will be added to the line-up before auditions start tomorrow – and it’s expected to be Mexican superstar Paulina Rubio.

However, speculation has also mounted that Hilary Duff is poised to join the show, after fans wondered whether her simple “X” tweet last week, accompanied by the fact that Demi Lovato has just followed her on Twitter, meant she was also in the frame.

One person who isn’t is Faith Hill. The ‘There You’ll Be’ star had been linked to a spot on the line-up, but has now shot down the rumours. “Heard I’m gonna be a judge on X Factor? Flattered, but not true,” she wrote.

Singer-turned-actress Jennifer Love Hewitt and Ne-Yo have also been suggested as possible additions to the show.

Rowland had one stint on the UK version of the show in 2011, where she mentored Amelia Lily to third place.

Chad Johnson is in custody after he violated the probation he was placed under after head butting ex-wife Evelyn Lozada back in August 2012.

Johnson may have gotten off the hook for the Evelyn Lozada head butting situation before, but when he didn’t seem to be taking probation seriously the courts had enough of the nonsense.

A warrant for Chad’s arrest was issued on May 7 after he failed to show up for two meetings with probation specialists on February 15 and March 15.

As if that wasn’t enough it seems like Chad has been slipping up since the very beginning.

The NFL player was unable to provide any evidence that he completed the Batterers Intervention Program. In fact, he couldn’t even prove he enrolled in the program at all.

Looks like things definitely aren’t getting any better for Ochocinco who tried to convince everyone he was on the right track by hiring his own personal life coach.

He is currently being held in custody with a $1,000 bond and prosecutors are pushing to have him sit behind bars for two months.

While Judge Kathleen McHugh doesn’t feel like Ochocinco is taking things seriously, he insisted that that just wasn’t the case.

According to Evelyn’s ex missing the probation meetings was just an unfortunately “misunderstand.”

“I didn’t do anything on purpose,” he said. “I wouldn’t blatantly not show up.”

His plea fell upon deaf ears, however, and we pretty much agree with Judge. McHugh.

“At this point, from what I’m hearing so far, I don’t think you’re taking probation seriously, I don’t,” she insisted.

Attorney Steve Swickle explained to Local 10 news that he will be placed under administrative probation which means if he can pretty much just stay out of trouble he will be okay.

Of course, we aren’t to sure if Johnson will be able to stay out of trouble.

Despite being in custody the former Miami Dolphins player is still trying to be positive about everything that has happened.

“I think that storm is over now and the sun is peaking out and I’m looking forward to what’s to come,” he told Local 10 after the court hearing.

Unfortunately, jail time is still very much a possibility for “what’s to come” so he might want to rephrase that.

Anyway, the final hearing for Johnson is currently scheduled for June 3.

The Billboard Awards did it big like always as they called out some of the music industry’s biggest starts including Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Pitbull, Miguel, Taylor Swift and many more to rock the stage and in case you missed it we’ve summed up some of the night’s most memorable moments.

If you didn’t get a chance to watch the big awards show but don’t want to have the awkward moment at the water cooler when you have no idea what everyone else is talking about, we have come to the rescue.

This year’s award show was jam packed with some incredible performances, unfortunate slip ups, tons of meme worthy moments, and some rather questionable decisions.

Things kicked off with Bruno Mars performing his song “Treasure” as he grooved along with a matching band behind him.

He definitely channeled his inner Motown for an incredible performance.

Then the hip hop newbie Macklemore and producer Ryan Lewis took to the stage at a different venue, the Wynn Las Vegas, were they performed the catchy tune “Thrift Shop” that has quickly become every college kids anthem after Macklemore rapped, “I’m gonna pop some tags, only got $20 in my pocket.”

Apparently the song appeals much more to just financially struggling college kids too because the pair took the award for Best Rap Song.

Another great performance that we weren’t expecting was when David Guetta (who was also crowned the best EMD artist) took over with some crazy neon lights and showed everyone why he deserved the award in the first place.

The big surprise was when in the midst of him doing what he does best, Akon and NeYo come unto the scene to turn up the party a little more. It was certainly a crazy performance but we were wondering how Lil Wayne’s epilepsy would be doing with all those crazy flashing neon lights.

Speaking of Lil Wayne, not every performance went off without a hitch.

When it was Nicki Minaj’s turn to hit the stage and perform “High School” we were initially very impressed. She was dressed like a normal human being rather than a raggedy Ann doll in drag…and then Lil Wayne came out.

Where Nicki stepped up, Lil Wayne fell flat as he strolled out unto the stage looking like he had just woken up a good five minutes before it was time for him to be on stage.

He rolled up one leg of what appeared to be some pajama pants and delivered a pretty lack luster performance overall. Nicki, on the other hand, was killing the stage until she set things up for yet another Lil Wayne lap dance.

We understand that not every award show can be G-rated and that’s fine, but we were kind of disappointed with the fact that we’ve all seen this before. Was the Billboard Awards really the place to just do the same old same old?

To make matters worse once Nicki threw her leg over Weezy we noticed a huge problem with those black leggings – they were a little more see through than they should have been. So as the hip hop Barbie danced the night away we were stuck looking at butt crack because the curvy rapper opted out of wearing underwear as well.

Maybe she was trying to prove that she actually didn’t have butt pads? Who knows… who knows.

Even then, however, Nicki didn’t show off as much skin as Jennifer Lopez (and no that is not a typo).

The mother of two came out in a red one piece with some thigh high red boots and feather sleeves to perform her hit “Live It Up” alongside Pitbull.

While the ensemble reminded us of a stripper version of that red thing from the cartoon Marvin Martian, we certainly enjoyed the actual performance.

We’re sure her backup dancers loved it too because at one point the Latina beauty needed to be lifted in their air which guaranteed the men a full hand of J. Lo booty.

While everyone’s performances ranged from pretty good to great – even with Miguel landing on top of two fans after failing to successfully jump across the audience pit – it was Chris Brown who was being slammed for having a hoarse performance.

His dance moves were on point like always as he channeled his inner Michael Jackson, but when it came time to belt out the lyrics to “Fine China” his lack of pitch control was blaringly obvious.

Once again, I’m not one to eagerly defend Breezy but I must give him props even on his scratchy vocals because at least he had the guts to dance his heart out and still try to sing the lyrics live…. Which can’t be said for other stars on the stage.

While everyone’s choreography was well rehearsed many of the stars hadn’t been working on timing their lip movements to go along with their prerecorded tracks.

I’m not saying there is anything terrible about lip syncing, I’m just saying I have more respect for the person who sings live and messes up a few lines than I do for the person who has a flawless performance by taking the easy way out.

Brown later addressed the performance on Twitter saying, “Lil hoarse for the performance but it happens. Good sh** otherwise.”

Other big moments at the awards show were Justin Bieber getting booed by the crowd after going on stage to receive his Milestone Award, Miley Cyrus killing the fashion game with a bodysuit that was to die for, Ke$ha presenting an award and actually looking like a human being again, and of course Taylor Swift’s theatrical and well rehearsed performance that featured her standing on office tables and riding chairs through the halls of the MGM Grand.

All of those moments combined, however, still weren’t enough to beat the best performance of the night.

When you have the gorgeous Janelle Monae and the ever so fabulous Erykah Badu presenting an award you know it’s going to be big.

The two ladies had the honor of introducing their idol, Prince, who took to the stage in a stylish afro and an all girl band that was rocking by his side.

Prince was being honored the most talented icon in the music industry and his performance was nothing but a gigantic “I Deserve This” that reminded everyone why he was a music icon in the first place.

Miguel was definitely the performance of the night after the soulful crooner managed to kick two of his female fans in the head during a terrible miscalculated attempt at a jump over the audience pit at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.

If you were wondering why your Instagram has been filled with Miguel memes, vine has been flooded with reactions of people screaming and dropping their jaws, and Twitter has been ruthlessly pulling out every Miguel joke possible it’s because the R&B star landed on top of one of his fans during his performance at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards and sunk the heel of his boot into another woman’s face.

From the minute Miguel leaped into the air audience members at home could tell something had gone awry. It was obvious that Miguel was unsure and a little uncomfortable about the jump and there is a reason for that. Sources are saying the daring move was completely unrehearsed and unexpected.

We though Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake taught the world a lesson about trying to bust out new moves without telling any of the producers of the show about it, but apparently some people just have to test the fire for themselves.

The California native was giving a new rendition of his hit “Adorn” when he took two steps back to prepare for the leap that probably didn’t look so difficult from his point of view.

While he did manage to make it to the other side he only did so after pinning one woman’s head against the stage with his crotch and kicking a brunette so hard in the face that she was forced to drop down to the ground and completely out of view of the camera.

Talk about getting up close and personal with Miguel.

The good news, however, is that the woman is doing just fine now.

During an interview after the show Miguel brought his “new friend” backstage to apologize and try to make light of the situation.

“Well, I think it’s kind of clear what happened but I’m very happy to bring my new friend, Khyati, we just met,” he said of the young fan who was sporting an ice pack at this point. “Unfortunately we did not meet under the best circumstances, but I think we’re OK.”

He then tried to explain what even caused him to attempt the jump in the first place.

“The crazy thing is, when you’re performing and you’re just kind of into it, you never know where it’s gonna go and where you’re gonna go with it, and how that might turn out.”

He concluded by saying he got “caught up in the moment” and he is just genuinely happy that his fan is okay.

We’re sure he is because had he not been nice enough to bring her backstage and slam her with this “new friend” card she probably would have kicked Miguel in the face with a hefty lawsuit.

Meanwhile, we’re still waiting to hear from the other fan that was nearly suffocated by Miguel’s crotch. She totally deserves some backstage access and Miguel “friendship” too… and if she doesn’t get it she might develop a serious case of whiplash and just settle for seeing the “Adorn” singer in court.

Anyway, we couldn’t help but include a few of the most popular tweets about the Miguel mishap.

“Miguel put her to SLEEP!” one user tweeted before receiving over 50 retweets.

Another person wrote, “Miguel just turned into a wrestler tho.”

“Miguel adorned that chick,” another user wrote.

Chris Brown has received multiple death threats that arrived via telephone at his attorney’s office shortly after he announced the release of a new Chris Brown app.

Team Breezy must be slipping because usually they would have already found the person who has been sending their idol death threats or at least lashed out at them via Twitter and Instagram.

Perhaps they are finally trying to use some common sense and realize that if they return the threats with threats of their own they could possibly spend a few nights behind bars and pay a hefty fine.

Either way the Los Angeles police department had to launch a full scale investigation after the threats were received although they have not given any details about what specific threats were made.

Just to help out LAPD we created a list of some possible suspects in addition to what their motives could be:

• Karrueche Tran: She’s upset about the fact that Chris Brown finally seems to be over her and only beckons for her to join his side when he needs a quick rebound.

• Rihanna: After that nasty Twitter war that sparked shortly after the couple broke up we don’t even need to explain why bad gal RiRi would have enough motive to call in and mess with Chris’s head.

• Jay-Z: Maybe the hip hop mogul is making good on his promise that Chris would certainly have to pay for his decisions if he ever hurt Rihanna. He already wasn’t much of a Breezy fan, but maybe upsetting his mentee so much was just enough to set him off. If the Illuminati is after you Chris you can go ahead and give up the fight. It’s game over.

• Drake: They already had a serious club brawl and continue to diss each other quite frequently. Is Drake or his homies still holding a serious grudge?

• Jenny Johnson: After Team Breezy flooded Johnson’s timeline with death threats, maybe she was finally ready to give Chris a taste of his own medicine.

• John Legend: the soulful artist had to come to the rescue when Chris Brown attached his fiancé Chrissy Teigen on Twitter. Perhaps the threat was just a promise that if he ever slipped up again he needs to take a second look over his shoulder whenever John is in the same city.

• Frank Ocean: He was preaching about forgivesness before but you never know what a few drinks and some unfinished business can lead to. Maybe Frank decided that he wanted a rematch with the R&B bad boy after he and his crew jumped Ocean earlier this year.

• The valet guy: We kind of feel like this might be it. Remember when Chris exploded on the valet worker after he asked for a measly $10 service fee? Maybe this is his version of pay back.

Honestly the list of people that hate Chris Brown enough to send in a few death threats over the phone goes on and on, but if you want to hear more about what’s going on with the investigation now you won’t even have to turn to Google to do so.

Team Breezy can rejoice because Brown has release an app that is literally all about him.

It is basically a news app that would only include news about Breezy – because Twitter and Instagram and all the other social media outlets they created since I last blinked my eyes just aren’t enough.

“I am so excited to get closer to my fans – to bring them into my world,” Rihanna’s ex said in a statement about the new Chris Brown app. “Through my channel app they can be part of my music, my art and my life, day in and day out.”

Brown is also rumored to be the one controlling the content of the app, rather than some type of publicist or assistant, so we’re predicting tons of selfies every morning and pointless updates that don’t do anybody any good.
