Basketball Wives Star Royce Reed’s Custody Battle Continues

Royce Reed‘s custody court battle with her son’s father, Orlando Magic player Dwight Howard heats up. The Basketball Wives star is fighting for custody of her son, Braylon, after her ex accused her of “interfering with his relationship with their son and making it difficult for him to see the boy on his scheduled days.”
Royce who currently holds primary custody fears she will lose her battle because of a perceived bias from the judge towards Howard. Reed filed a motion requesting the judge to step down last month. “I am afraid if Judge Shea continues to preside over this case, I will lose custody of my son.”
According to an update by TMZ, judge Tim Shea has refused to step down. Reed’s attorney told the site they may take the case to the Supreme Court.
“We believe that the judge’s ruling is erroneous and that it does not conform to the governing case law.”
Oh and one more thing, gues what we know? Miss Jennifer did some of that shit while she was married. And guess what that makes us her?
