Tameka Raymond, former wife and stylist of pop/R&B singer Usher Raymond recently filed for full custody of the couple’s two children citing of all things that Usher cancelled her Saks 5th Avenue credit card!

Yes folks we’re talking Raymond vs. Raymond, and we don’t mean Ushers last CD. Tameka Raymond claimed Usher reneged on several promises including canceling her credit card to the high end fashion store and hiring several nannies without her approval. Tameka in turn filed documents in a Georgia courthouse requesting full custody of their two Sons.

Usher completely refuted the claims and filed his own request to have Tameka’s custody petition thrown out.

It gets juicer; Tameka followed her petition with a request that the court force Usher to submit to a drug test. If you’re wondering what they might find…wonder on because Usher refused to take the test regardless of Tameka’s frequent urgings claiming her demands were “frivolous and unfounded”.   According to TMZ, the singer believes his ex-wife is simply attempting to “harass and embarrass” him because she’s still bitter regarding their recent divorce.

A trial date is set for February 27th.
